The Power Position (We The People, We The Problem)

Here is a theory of mine that might be factual or already proven: The mind simply rejects what it doesn’t understand by naturally trying to find the comfort desired in making sense of its’ natural curiosity. Uncertainty can bring discomfort, which can explain why so many people ignore real world problems today. Many find distractions like music, television, hobbies; anything that can please the craving for a form of knowledge that says, “Everything is going to be okay.”
Many say that the absence of truth is necessary to avoid panic. I’ve come to realize that the reaction is never panic. The reaction is people losing hope. The reaction is people saying, “Oh well. Everything is going downhill, so might as well do what we want because in the end it doesn’t matter.” This ties into so many different categories especially religious and political.
For example: The reason so many people aren’t voting is because their options to choose from are people they don’t know. All they know is the information being given to them by the media and it seems the majority of the media broadcasts a lot of negativity, rather than focusing on helpful information. The negative emotions that result for some, cause man to reject and seek an alternative outlet for consolation. With love that promotes instructive criticism, I would say that finding ways to discredit our higher authorities to increase whether one go left or right is unnecessary knowing that it takes two wings to fly. News broadcasters, citizens of all class, political and religious groups should carry on mature and professional standards. We are all responsible for both problematic and advantageous life results.
However I do admire some of the tactics that are being used to break society into the acceptance of the changes happening today. My opinion is that we are in a time of inevitability as I mentioned in previous articles, knowing that the only constant is change. With upcoming elections and a changing new world, I believe registering more uplifting formulas can be favorable.
