Alexander Garza, the primary system developer of NDB Records & Management recognized the potential in company growth and a valuable asset when he was contacted by North Carolina’s Lottyre Rich LLC. in regards to business and management. “ I was sent a few links that I thought would easily be another set of demo tracks sent by a local artist or upcoming act with possible low credential in need of services to establish a platform and possible management, but when I opened the file and did some research, I was blown away by the credential provided by this guy,” Alexander Garza Stated.

Originally from Newark, New Jersey, Rashone Nicholson (Lottyre Rich) has traveled and lived up and down the East Coast pursuing a career as a professional musician and rap artist for over seven years; earning him a spot on the Welcome to Atlanta Mixtape in affiliation with DJ Drama and also, the ability to work along side DJ Whoo Kidd with Shadyville Entertainment. Just recently, Lottyre Rich had his single (Mufflaz Up) aired on THE HEAT KRAJ 100.9 FM in Lancaster, California and is still having his track requested and kept in rotation.

Lottyre Rich LLC. has just landed a deal with NDB Records & Management (Nerds Do It Best), our Houston Based Record Label and is set to be releasing new content in the near future. This now opens up doors for Rashone to explore the Gulf Coast and see what Houston has to offer to the success due to a great artist.
